FAQ
Helpful Details For Your Event
Ordering & Booking
How far in advance should I order?
For our Boards and Petit Favourites, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. For our large Grand Installations and Grazing Tables, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice to plan your design and secure your date on our kitchen calendar.
How much do your boards and installations cost?
Because every event is unique, we do not have a flat, one-size-fits-all price. Our pricing varies depending on your guest count, the board dimensions you select, any specific dietary accommodations, and whether you choose a flat-lay or dimensional multi-level table setup. Connect with us to start a consultation and receive your custom quote.
Do you require a deposit to book?
For our everyday Boards and Petit Favourites, we require full payment upfront to confirm your spot. For our Grand Installations and Grazing Tables, a 50% deposit is required to lock your date into our kitchen calendar, with the final balance due 4 days before your celebration.
Delivery, Sizing & Ordering
Do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We offer delivery across the GTA and surrounding areas. Fees range from $15 to $25 depending on the distance, with local Caledon and Brampton deliveries falling at the lower end of that range. When submitting your order inquiry, please provide your delivery postal code so we can calculate the exact cost for your invoice.
How much food should I order?
We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all orders so we can source the freshest ingredients for your board. For large events or weekend gatherings, booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance is highly recommended.
Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
Yes. Because our artisanal products are fresh and temperature-sensitive, someone must be present to accept the delivery and place it directly into the fridge.
How much food should I order?
For a standard appetizer portion, we recommend calculating 2 to 3 oz of meat and cheese per person. If our boards are serving as the main meal for your gathering, we highly suggest sizing up to ensure everyone leaves full!
Food Freshness & Care
How should I store my board and when should it be eaten?
For the absolute best flavour and crispness, your board should be enjoyed on the day of delivery. Please keep it refrigerated until 20 minutes before serving. Once the display reaches room temperature, it must be consumed within 2 hours.
What if I am not planning to eat my board right away?
To prevent crackers from absorbing moisture in the fridge, we offer crackers packaged separately on the side for a small additional fee. We then fill your board space with extra premium meats, cheeses, and fruits.
Are the flowers on the board safe to eat?
Yes. We use certified food-grade edible flowers as our signature touch. While they are fully safe to ingest, they are primarily intended as a visual garnish, so feel free to move them aside if preferred.
